It has become an important birthplace of the Chinese people's revolutionary armed struggle and an important base during the Agrarian Revolutionary War. Here, it is also the same hometown of more than 200 generals in New China - Hong'an.

Members of the branch came to the Revolutionary History Memorial Hall of the Jute Uprising, and the large relief sculpture that first caught their eyes recreated the picture scroll of the Jute Uprising and the revolutionary history of the Hubei, Henan and Anhui Soviet areas: the Red Army, the local armed forces and the people gathered from all directions to the sound of the gongs. All of them fought hard to be the first, forming a revolutionary torrent that went one after the other and rolled forward, giving people a strong shock.

In the era of struggle for Hong'an, the struggle for Hong'an continued, and the red flag did not fall, relying on the unique Hong'an spirit. The Jute Memorial Garden is the Memorial Garden of the Jute Uprising and the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area. There are pine trees and cypresses in the memorial park, which is solemn and solemn. In the middle is a solemn white marble monument. On both sides of the monument, there are two huge bronze statues. In front of the monument, members of the party branch solemnly raised their right hands towards the revolutionary martyrs and revisited the oath of joining the party together. And pay tribute to the revolutionary martyrs.

Then we paid homage to the former residence of Dong Biwu. With the deepening of the visit, our understanding of Mr. Dong is no longer just a few words in the history textbook. Dong Lao is one of the founders of the Communist Party of China and one of the few proletarian revolutionaries among the first generation of leaders who has received systematic legal education; he has been engaged in the practical work of legal system construction for a long time. Combining with the concrete reality of our country's legal system construction, he puts forward many original opinions; Dong Lao's Marxist jurisprudence still has very important guiding significance for us to strengthen the socialist legal system construction today, and it is also a very precious spiritual heritage he left us.

After the end of the first day of the trip, the party branch held a red theme party meeting in a timely manner. The second day's itinerary is to visit the former residence of the late President Li Xiannian. Entering the Memorial Hall of the Former Residence of Li Xiannian. Whether it is the uneven ground, the dilapidated walls, or the simple and plain furniture, tables and chairs, all members are moved with emotion. In the memorial hall, we learned that Li Xiannian was born in a poor peasant family in Huang'an (now Hong'an), Hubei Province. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1927 and participated in the Jute Uprising in November. He has participated in and commanded many important battles and battles, and fought arduously for the creation of the Hubei, Henan, Anhui and Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary bases. Li Xiannian was later elected President of the People's Republic of China, becoming the third President of the People's Republic of China after Mao Zedong and Liu Shaoqi.

In the multimedia exhibition hall, a short documentary about Li Xiannian was screened. The most touching thing is the monologue of Li Xiannian's children about their father's deeds during the Cultural Revolution at the end of the short film. At that time, Comrade Li Xiannian's actions were restricted, and his children violated the principle and secretly went to Tiananmen Square to listen to public opinion. Li Xiannian encouraged his children's behavior. Just because he had the people in his heart, he was fearless and fearless! Fearless of people's eyes, not afraid of reactionary forces. In those turbulent times, sobriety was easy, firmness was not. Just as Comrade Hua Guofeng spoke highly of: He has great love for the party and great love for the people.
