XZ Airslide Converor is used to transport dry powder materials (such as cement and raw materials of cement factory) which are easy to fluidize. It is not suitable to choose materials with large particle size, large water content and poor fluidization performance.

XZ air slide conveyor is no rotating parts in the process of conveying materials, so it has the advantages of less wear, less power consumption, sealing, simple structure, safe and reliable operation, and easy to change the direction of conveying and multi-point feeding and unloading compared with the belt conveyor and En-masse conveyor of the same function. The disadvantage is that the material transportation is limited, it can only be transported under a certain slope, can not be transported upward, and the requirements of the material water content is very small. Air slide conveyor slope is generally 6%, in the transport of closed cycle grinding of coarse materials, it is recommended that the slope should not be less than 10%. The inclination angle of XZ chute is: 4°, 6°, 8°, 10°, 12°.
